In 2004 the directors of Coast & Country Insurance Consultants Bob Wonnacott & Ken Ryan got together with Tony Lucas to look at a way, not only to be able to provide insurance products for their clients but also to be able to provide all different types of finance products from home loans, investment loans, refinancing and business loans, to all types of equipment and car loans.

Coast & Country Home Loans & Finance was then formed which now due to legislative changes, have through their referrer sources access to the majority of finance products at competitive rates.

Tony Lucas is the Managing director of Coast & Country Home Loans & Finance and he has been involved in finance on the Central Coast for over 25 Years.

Previous positions held:-

Director of Glenbreck Pty Ltd who had the contract to run the Finance & Insurance department at Noble Holden for over eleven years, liaising with lenders and dealing with clients which included Doctors, Solicitors, Accountants, Teachers and Local Members face to face on a daily basis.

Partner of Central Coast Financial Services for seven years dealing in all aspects of finance including business loans, commercial loans, leasing refinancing and car loans.

Managing Direct Acceptance Corporation for five years specialising in car loans, deposit gap loans and personal loans.

Coast & Country Home Loans & Finance in their capacity as referrers have access to home loans, investment lo doc and, commercial loans, business loans, lo doc loans for the self employed, restructuring of current finanances for the self employed to improve cash flow, refinancing of existing mortgages, car loans and car and equipment leasing for commercial clients only.

We have, through our referrer sources, access to the majority of mortgage lenders whether they be bank, non bank or private lenders. We also have access directly or indirectly to the majority of lenders required for business and commercial loans, car and equipment loans. Loans Available for purchasing of residential, rental, commercial properties and vacant land also for refinancing and consolidations.
